2011Cal Ripken Rookie Division Schedule

Sponsored by the Blytheville Baseball/Softball Boosters

1)      Rookie Division games will be played on Field #3 at Blytheville Youth Sportsplex.  All Rookie Division games will be machine pitched games.

2)      Regular season first games starts at 6:00 pm.   Second game begins at 7:30 pm (NOTE: Second game may be started earlier if the first game is completed).  PLAYERS SHOULD BE AT THE FIELD AT LEAST 45 MINUTES BEFORE GAME TIME.

3)      Rookie Division games will be 6 innings and have a 1:30 time limit.  3 ½ innings (with home team leading are required for regulation game (4innings if home team is behind).

4)      First team on the schedule will be designated home team.  Home team for the first game each night is responsible for preparing the field.  Home team of the second game each night is responsible for closing the field.

5)      Rainouts will be replayed on the first available Wednesday or Saturday evening at 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm and/or Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm.  Make up games are to be played in scheduled order.
